PATTERN EVENT (TUL)

Pattern Area

The pattern area should be suitable for the competitor to perform their pattern without risk to their safety and others.

Video Presentation

Each competitor must upload 1 Optional Pattern which should be within the range of patterns described in each division. For newly promoted colour belt competitors, you are allowed to perform a pattern 1 level lower than your current rank/belt. However, please be advised that a lower level pattern will receive a lower score than a higher level pattern should 2 competitors perform to the same technical level.

Please ensure that at all times the video shows the competitor from head to foot (very important). Failure to do so will lead to a reduced score and could lead to disqualification.

Individual Pattern Categories

Divisions will be based on Gender, Age and Rank

Each competitor must upload 1 Optional Pattern which must be within the range of patterns described in each division.

Please be advised that you must only upload a pattern relevant to your rank as advised below. A score of zero will be applied to any video presentation of a pattern which is not within the range described for each division.
